The 13th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Science & Technology p194off   2009/11/9 12:54     507  0     The 13th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on S&T was officiated by His Excellency Wong Kan Seng ,  the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Home Affairs of Singapore in a brief ceremony which was attended by all ASEAN S&T Ministers or their representatives. The two (2) day meeting was chaired by H.E. S. Iswaran, Minister of Trade and Industry of Singapore. Deputy Minister of Science, Technology & Innovation Malaysia, YB Tuan Haji Fadillah Haji Yusof were standing on the 6th from the right.
